Introductory Reformer Class
For clients
new to reformer work, learn the “essential” exercises on the Pilates
Reformer. Come prepared for a total body workout with focus on the core
muscles of the body.
Introductory Series
A series of
4 classes for participants with minimal or no Pilates reformer experience to
progress to Level 1.Classes are weekly for 4 consecutive weeks.
Level 1
Beginning Pilates Reformer Class
For clients
that have had at least one introductory Reformer class, this class will
expand on the Pilates basic principles and work towards learning the full
“Essential” Pilates exercise program.
Level 2
Intermediate Pilates Reformer Class
For clients
with a working knowledge of all “Essential” exercises.
This class will bring clients to the next level to further improve core
stability, strength, flexibility and balance.

Level 3
Advanced Pilates Reformer Class
For clients
with working knowledge of all the essential and
intermediate
exercises and at least 2 years of Pilates experience. This class will
challenge your body in every way.
