The Body Center Physical Therapy
is a member of multiple medical
plans and we encourage you to
contact your insurance provider to
check on your coverage. We are
preferred providers for Blue Cross (PPO
Plans), Blue Shield (PPO Plans),
Aetna, United Healthcare, Pacific
Care (PPO Plans) just to name a few.
We have are members of PTPN, the
nation’s largest network of
rehabilitation providers. We accept Medicare, Workers
Compensation and have self pay cash
rates available. As a courtesy, we
will contact your insurance company
to verify benefits. Most insurance
requires a prescription from your
doctor in order to start care. Our

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
Medicare/Private Insurances:
The Body Center Physical
Therapy charges each patient
who no-shows or cancels
(less than 24 hours in
advance) $50.00. Individual
patients will be responsible
for the payment, as most
insurance companies will not
cover no-shows or cancels.
Special circumstances will
be considered, but you must
speak with your physical
therapist.
Workers' Compensation:
The Body Center Physical
Therapy charges workers'
compensation $50.00 for any
no-show or cancelled (less
than 24 hours in advance)
visits. Please be aware that
this will count as one of
the authorized visits.
