Client Policies

·       We reserve the right to charge for appointments broken or cancelled without 24 hour notice. Please note our evening reminder calls are done as a courtesy and cancellations requested at that time may result in a charge. If you need to change your appointment please call as soon as possible, 909-621-0447, if no one is available to take your call, please leave a message our system will time stamp all calls

·       We do not offer refunds for our services.

·       Seniors 65+ and local full-time students receive 10% discount.

·       Private and Semi-Private Pilates training is available by appointment.

·       Purchases are valid for 6 months.

·       Purchases do not automatically reserve classes or schedule appointments.  All class reservations and private appointments must be initiated by the client separate from purchase.

·       Pilates-Based Physical Therapy is also offered, and most insurances are accepted.
