Welcome to The Body Center Physical Therapy!

Appointments

Please schedule your appointments in advance; this will help assure you your ideal appointment time. We will provide a list of appointments made upon your request and/or when you schedule your appointments. As a courtesy, you will also receive a phone call, text message or email reminding you of your appointment one day prior.

Cancellations and No Shows

Please cancel your appointment with 24 hour notice.

Co-Insurance and Co-Payments

Once any deductible has been met, there will be an estimated co-insurance. Again, this is only an estimate and may be adjusted once claims are submitted and Explanation of Benefits is received. Co-payments and Co-insurances are due at the beginning of each visit. If you cannot meet payment, financial arrangements can be made with our business office.

Insurance:

We verify your Physical Therapy benefits as a courtesy to you and we are at no time to be held responsible if incorrect information has been obtained. “This is a verification of benefits; it is not a guarantee of payment.” Please remember that the information we get from your carrier is only an estimate and we cannot be sure of the exact amount until we submit a claim and receive an Explanation of Benefits. The Body Center will carry your account for 30 days. If your insurance company has not acknowledged any portion of your account within 30 days, the balance is due and payable in full. Accounts remaining outstanding after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% per month late charge.
