Pilates Client Policies

Checking In

You are required to sign-in at the front desk prior to your session or class. Any unpaid sessions or classes must be paid prior to class or session time.

Reserving Appointments or Classes

Here at The Body Center we have many classes and appointment time available for your convenience. In order to make an appointment for a session or to reserve a place in a class, it must be initiated by you. Due to limited space we recommend that you book your ideal class and session times in advance. In addition, you may reserve as many sessions or classes as have been pre-paid.

Private and Semi-Private Pilates training is available by appointment.Seniors 65+ and local full-time students receive 10% discount.Pilates-based Physical Therapy is also offered and most insurances are accepted.

Pilates On-line Reservations

You can purchase Pilates packages and manage your account online. You can sign up for classes the day of (if available) and schedule your future classes at times that are most convenient for you. To start, give us a call at 909-621-0447 to set up your account and receive a username, and the rest is up to you! Click here to go to our web scheduler.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for services purchased. If you would like to try a service other than what you have purchased, we would be happy to convert any remaining values upon your request. Please note that our class schedule and instructor availability is subject to change. If you have a dispute regarding your account, please submit it in writing so that we may help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

All reservations require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the appointment or class (medical emergencies excepted). If an emergency is the cause please submit a note in writing to our office manager so that we can credit your account in place of the missed appointment, 3 max per year.

Please note our evening reminder calls, text messages (please do not reply), and/or emails (please do not reply) are done as a courtesy and cancellations requested at that time may result in a charge. If you need to change your appointment please call as soon as possible, 909-621-0447, if no one is available to take your call, please leave a message, our system will time stamp all calls.
